Lidia Ader is a musicologist, art-director of the Center for New Technology in the Arts "Art-parkING", a senior researcher of the Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov Apartment and Museum (from 2006), Ph.D. candidate at the St Petersburg Conservatoire (Prof. Dr. Liudmila Kovnatskaya). Lidia Ader specializes in Russian musical culture of 1920s (Shostakovich, musical avant-garde) and microtonal music in Russia and Europe (1900–1930s). She is an author of articles, commentaries, lists of works and indexes, member of the editorial board of Vol. 4 of M. S. Druskin Collected works "Igor Stravinsky" (St. Petersburg, 2009), editor in chief of an Russian-English conference proceeding "Rimsky-Korsakov and his Heritage in Historical perspective", organizer of two international musicological conferences (2010: N. Rimsky-Korsakov and his Heritage in Historical Perspective, 2011: In Diaghilev’s circle: An Impresario in dialogue with composers).
